What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored by a website on your device. Similar technologies include browser local storage. They can support sign-in and security, remember settings or measure activity. This policy covers the Waterlife website; external sites have their own policies.

How this website currently works

The Waterlife website code does not currently install Google Analytics, advertising pixels or social-media tracking widgets. Photographs and listing pages are served through our website. The stock matcher processes a search request without setting a Waterlife tracking cookie or saving the search in browser storage.

The hosting platform and its infrastructure may use essential cookies or similar mechanisms for requested sign-in, session management, security and traffic delivery. Broker administration requires authentication. Cookie names and duration can vary with the platform and your session; use your browser’s site-data controls to inspect the cookies actually stored on your device. We have not added optional analytics or advertising cookies to this version of the site.

External links

WhatsApp, Facebook, Waterlodge and other external links open the respective service only when you choose the link. We do not embed a WhatsApp chat widget or a Facebook tracking pixel. The destination service may set its own cookies and process information under its own policy. Enquiry and valuation forms submit to our website; email links open your chosen email application.

Your choices

You can inspect, block or delete cookies through your browser’s privacy or site-data settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or broker administration from working. Deleting cookies does not delete correspondence or transaction records we already hold.

This version has no optional tracking categories to enable. If we introduce technologies requiring consent, they will remain off until you actively agree, and we will provide an equally accessible way to decline or withdraw consent. We will explain any other permitted use and applicable choices before introducing it. Continuing to browse is not treated as consent.
